Research Proves, Vegetarian and Rare Happier Stress


A study published in Nutrition Journal said, people with a vegetarian diet proved a happier life. What is this?
The key was the fatty acid. Consumption of meat and fish will be full of arachidonic acid (AA), a source of omega-6 fatty acids contained in animal foods.
Omega-6 fatty acids and omega-3 in animals in the present recorded five times higher than the animals in the past. Currently breeders give a lot more animal feeding livestock with instant, unlike in the past livestock consume only pollution-free natural grass.
This spiraling effect on the levels of fatty acid AA which, if consumed by humans can disrupt the balance of brain's performance.
For those of you who eat more fish, fisheries, you will feel the benefits are great because the fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). EPA and DHA are equally potent combat the negative effects of fatty acid AA. A diet rich in fish content is proven to enhance brain health and performance.
But researchers say, there are more healthful than eating fish, which is eating a vegetarian. Although rich in EPA and DHA intake, the people who love to eat fish which proved to have mood is less stable than the vegans.
As reported by Bliss Tree, the researchers conducted experiments on 39 people who love to eat meat. Everyone was asked to undergo one of three diets are recommended, namely the consumption of meat, fish, or vegetables. After two weeks, the response who eat meat and fish do not experience psychological changes and mood. In contrast to participants who consumed vegetables. They feel the mood is more upbeat and rarely feel stressed.
Research participants also noted that eating vegetables contain EPA, DHA and AA can still be controlled, so it is not harmful to the body and brain performance.
